If you ever lose an accent stone from your jewelry or your setting is ever damaged during normal wear, Jsely will repair the piece or replace the lost stone with one of similar quality at no cost to you. For all warranty claims, you must send the piece back to Jsely along with your original purchase receipt. If you are unable to provide the original purchase receipt, include the name of the original purchaser and the approximate date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage to jewelry other than what is considered normal wear. This warranty does not cover lost jewelry. You must provide indentifiable pieces of the jewelry in order for Jsely to honor this warranty. If Jsely determines that it did not manufacture the original piece it is under no obligation to honor this warranty. Improper repair or service performed by a third party other than Jsely will void this warranty.
